A Mala is a strand of 108 beads, plus a guru stone, traditionally used for counting during mantra meditations, and have been used as a meditation aid since at least the 10th century.
This Mala is made of Multicolored - brown, red, golden and blue Tiger eye 8 mm beads, lovingly knotted every one bead with waxed thread. It measures 24 inches long with the guru bead plus handmade tassel.
Tiger Eye is a powerful stone that aids harmony and balance, and helps you to release fear and anxiety.
