A Mala is a strand of 108 beads, plus a guru stone, traditionally used for counting during mantra meditations, and have been used as a meditation aid since at least the 10th century.
This Mala is lovingly knotted every one bead with waxed thread. It measures 22 inches/50cm long with the guru bead plus cotton handmade tassel which measures 4 inches/10,5cm. The beads are Rudraksha , Indian Agate, African Turquoise , Rhodonite, Rose Quartz.
